★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only place in Bangkok who sells/repairs Thinkpad. Don't try the others on gMaps. Most of the time they're outdated. There's 2 blueshops inside the FutureTown-Mall. If you're in the small one (~20sqm) you'll find the bigger shop one floor above it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a laptop here, got a bit of discount and a lot of bad quality free electronics stuffs, the backpack still in a good condition though. I do not know why some reviews complain about the staffs a lot, I think they gave me useful information, helped in computer set-up and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place to be if you need to get a thinkpad in Bangkok. It's on 3rd floor near the F section by the food court. They don't stock the latest P53 (it's not yet available in thailand) but they have a good range of Carbon X1, Yoga, I15, E14, t495, Ideapad, Gaming i3, Legion, i3 based lower-end thinkpads, and towers, and they can upgrade RAM and other stuff here. Some of the staff also can speak English. I had a good experience buying here, they kept the shop open late for me and were understanding when my payment wasn't processed because i reached the daily tx limit and i got another model the next day. The service staff who wears glasses (a bit of a short man) also answered my questions patiently and translated the question to thai to the other members when he didn't know the answer. I will be happy to recommend the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible after care service. First gave me a faulty ungenuine lenove battery, and now their trying to rip me off when I've come across a problem with it. Genuinely recommended to not purchase anything from this shop if you intend on using the products purchased.

I found this company on Google and headed on over. The staff was very helpful. I asked many questions until I was sure of my purchase. Once purchased, they worked with me for an hour to get all the latest updates, test the machine, and make sure I was all set to use it at home (my hotel). I highly recommend this Lenovo shop. ?
