★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best resort in Bangkok. I am living at the suite. It is very cozy and bed is so comfortable. Italian restaurants is very tasty. Front desk staffs are very positive attitudes with smiling face. Also have bicycle to borrow and can cycling around the village. I am highly recommended this resort for someone who wants to have a relaxing time in Bangkok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my first impression was perhaps the worst in any hotel I've stayed in making me and my girlfriend wait for almost an hour, whilst seeing other guests check in after me, and take to their rooms in a matter of minutes.
i got told to wait in the lobby and have a coffee and would be notified when I'd be taken to my room. on 3 seperate occasions i had to get up and follow up to see what the delay was. At one point, i was even offered a twin bed when i clearly had stated in my booking prior for a king sized bed as i was supposed to be with my girlfriend. I actually felt quite insulted that i was offered this. Apparently i was told that the balcony of the room was being cleaned.
Eventually i was shown to my room.
Still, problems persisted. my fridge did not work, the WiFi didnt work and the lights kept going on and off - even at night we were woken up several times due to faulty power to the room with all the lights blaring down on us in bed. least to say my girlfriend and i had a bad night's sleep hardly sleeping.
And upon inspection of the balcony, it was not sweeped or cleaned, so i felt lied to about the true cause of delay.
I think the room is actually a nice design and good layout, tasteful. but my overall experience was dreadfully let down by the events that occurred.
I so wanted to relax, but in all honesty, I couldn't as things seem to compound negatively during my stay.
I'm hugely disappointed and had heard great things and been recommended this resort, reason for booking in the first place.
I must make special of your concierge staff Khun Arm who did his utmost to assist me and was outstanding for his efforts to make my stay better, in knowledge of seeing me so agreived and upset.
He was the highlight of my entire experience at your resort which is credit to his excellent level of service and care to guests, sadly the rest of my stay left me with bitter disappointment. I would advise my friends and business associates to avoid staying here based upon my recent stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was perfect even though some services are temporary closed during covid-19 pandemic. The room is very spacious and super clean. We really enjoy sitting on the couch to see the beautiful golf landscape. The guy at hotel reception is very well-trained and proficient.
The hotel is good location, not too far from Suvarnabhumi airport and they also provide complimentary airport shuttle round trip.
Breakfast was unbelievable!! very delicious, good quality and nice component. The staff at Favola are very nice and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel and location, a little bit long walk to the elevator. Friendly Staffel, they let me Park my big motorbike opposite to the lobby, which is not always welcomed! This way my bike was under surveillance all time, thanks a lot for that. Fantastic spacious room at reasonable price. The balcone has a double sofa, very nice to hang around there and to see the Golf course with a cold beer in the Hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficult given the covid-19 situation and understandable given the loss of so many staff. However the hotel, needs and urgent refubishment, deep clean and re-evaluation of its staffing and front of house management. The amenity situation is fair given the coivd restrictions. The location is ok, but it is tricky to get access to given the road network (not here fault). Dining options are restricted but bizarrely you can order room service (almost any time), yet only open restaurant wont let you order from that menu. Food is very oily which may suit local preferences, but was unuitable for me. Cleanliness is a major concern as is room state (bathrooms and showers showing lots of ware and tear and only basic cleaning. Overall not worth the money just now. The hotel needs to seriously consider closing for refurbishment and cleaning as it currently isn't maintainin a 3 star, let alone 5 star, standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really great property. Basic room is fabulous, lacking a rain shower but that’s all. Lovely views from balconies and it’s quiet, especially now. Public areas are very well appointed, not too much fussing which I like and the same in the room, just enough. Good breakfast, again not ott, just enough. Not my favourite pool but it is really nice too. Awesome staff, always are in Asia and bikes to borrow foc which is a great idea as you’re somewhat remote here and away from the action, unless you like golf. Glad to have got around to trying this establishment.

I don’t understand why there are still prices shown on Google.
Edit: has to give stars because I couldn’t find another way to share that it’s closed.
