★ ★ ★ ★ ★ มีคนติด covid ในตึก! ทราบว่าเป็นช่างในตึกของอพาร์ทเมนท์เอง รวมถึงมีแม่บ้านในตึกก็ได้รับการติดเชื้อ Covid ด้วย เชื้อแพร่รวดเร็ว น่าจะมีการควบคุม หรือออกประกาศ เพิ่มจุด แอลกอฮอร์ .ล่าสุดทางตึกเองกลับไม่มีมาตรการอะไรเลย ให้ผู้เช่าอาศัยอยู่แบบหวาดระแวง ตามมีตามเกิด การไปติดต่อสำนักงานในตึกก็ไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่อยู่เลยสักคน ไม่เข้าใจว่าในสถานการณ์แบบนี้ ทำไมไม่มีพนักงานอยู่ประจำสำนักงานเลย หายเงียบหลายวันติดต่อกัน ติดต่อก็ไม่ได้ ไม่ทราบทางผู้บริหารอพาร์ทเมนท์ทราบเรื่องหรือไม่? จะให้ร้องไปถึง สคบ.หรืออย่างไร? แก้ไขปัญหาด้วยครับ เพราะจ่ายค่าเช่าก่อนกำหนดทุกเดือน รู้มาอีก ว่าที่ตึกแห่งนี้ มีการปรับกรณีจ่ายค่าเช่าล่าช้าด้วย อันนี้ผิดกฎหมายอย่างร้ายแรงนะครับ
