★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lakeview suites - 8 story apartment with 2 and 3 bhk. The place is very quiet. Surrounded by trees, very very few cars, so the place is cool. Ample ventilation from all sides of home. Balcony is available for living room, master bedroom and one small bedroom. 4 washrooms are provided for 3 bhk home, each bedroom has individual bathroom and toilet. Approximate area for 3 bhk home is 180 m2. The balcony for living room is big enough that someone can set up a very cozy cafe with garden. The security is available for the apartment. Parking is on ground floor dedicated for each home, guest parking is also available. Small swimming pool is there for children’s to indulge. The 7/11 and Nichada club is about 800 m away from suites. The rental varies from 35-45 K per month. The usual terms are one month advance payment and 2 months of deposit. Overall its very quiet, cool, clean, spacious and safe apartment.
