★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is beautiful and nicely decorated, looking like Japanese house. It is equipped with TV, table for reading with booklet/information of Uthai Thani. The room is quite wide for 2 people and can even accommodate like 5+ people. The toilet has got shower heater and amenities which smell very nice. The shampoo smells just like bubble gum!
However, the Air-con is far away from the bed. Due to the high temperature in Thailand during summer, the distance between the air-con and the bed makes it difficult for the room to be cool enough for chilling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We actually extended our stay from 2 to 4 days. Lovely place. Clean, only build a few years ago. Very friendly reception, nice breakfast. Very relaxed. Bed is a bit hard, but not a real problem. Very much advised. Several family type restaurants at a few minutes walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay here was ok. Nice location on the water, quiet and peaceful. Room looks nice and is very private. Breakfast was SO HUGE and we couldn't finish half of what was prepared. Staff were friendly. a few things should be noted.
COVID rating:
Masks: 3/5 (staff usually wore but uncovered nose)
Distancing 0/5
Health checks 0/5 (were not temperature checked upon check-in)
WiFi is not available in all rooms and we received a small refund to compensate
The AC is not strong enough to cool down the room unless it's raining
This hotel is significantly more expensive than others in the area but there are gaps in the walls for bugs to enter.
Bathroom has some perfume to help the smell which smelled gross, too strong, and leaked into the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I fall in love with the place particularly the design of garden cottage with private setting. The place is spacious and cozy that you can enjoy reading your favorite book at the balcony. The terrace and balcony are all connected to each other to maximize your garden experience. The bathroom is equipped with separated shower area and closet along with hair dryer. It is also located right next to the riverside and couple of authentic Thai restaurants with decent price dishes. I would recommend riding a bike that the place provides for free service on the right for 100 meters away. The owners are very lovely, they make you feel like home as they run their own family business thats why they treat the guests nicely as well as extra care if you travel alone.
