★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit to touristy for my liking and although our cabin is on the lake I’m not allowed to swim in it :-( plus the fridge in the room wasn’t cold. The toilet is also my pet hate with a heated seat and more redundant features than the old VTRs the humongous bed is comfortable though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited today on valentine day with wife and children. There were ‘a lot’ of customers and the outdoor tables were all full.
We had no choice but to sit indoors, but it was good in a wide space, cool air, nice interior and music.
We ordered foods and a bottle of white wine.
It was a bit difficult to call the staff and the menu was served slowly, but we could understand because there were so many customers.
The service from the staff was good even while busy.
The only disappointment is that the food on the menu we ordered was not so good for the price. (ex. carbonara, fried rice)
I wondered if this was also because there were so many customers today.
After eating, we went for a walk and looked around.
At the outdoor tables, there was a live music performance and the children were playing on their bikes. The attentive service that was considerate of the customers was great.
Next time, we also wanna try to stay at the resort too.
If there is a slight improvement in the plating or taste of the food, that would be so nice and perfect place to visit for gathering.
p.s. In my opinion, it would be nicer to have a little more variety of wines to suit the taste of the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room by the lake is the best one, all the appliances are new and love the toilet seat which is warm all day long.
The hotel is good, only food was ok, could have more options. All staffs were very friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accommodation is interesting , bed is nice. But!!!! the communication could be wayyy better with the staffs!! Check in is super confusing have to wait outside in the rain as room wasn’t ready when room keys handed out. Fridges are not working in all 3 villas. Food and drink can not be consumed in room. Ignorance staffs over a phone call requests, inquiry, or any assistance you may need from them, even with a paid service you will need to make multiple follow up. Bad manner of staff at reception. They shouted by your name to let you know your check out is completed. Very unprofessional and not worth the over the top price.

This resort checks all the boxes and more! from the sumptuous decor, furniture and bath towels, (you can buy for only 500 baht!)To the outstanding food and friendly staff. You will not be disappointed, also the amazing pool side restaurant which is an experience, and the best hotel breakfast!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice and well managed resort with helpful staff. We had a nice experience during the stay. The only downside was that the water was off for hours on Saturday morning, and we couldn't do morning wash up by 11am (Hopefully, it's just a casual incidence).
The place has multiple activities though it's expanding its area and rooms (it had around 80 rooms when visited in May 2022). You can ride bikes, sail kayak, feed fish, and swim, though the area that you can visit is relatively limited.
The property is decorated in European and a green style with lots of plants, while it's funny that they actually hang a portrait with Asians in western noble dresses.
The food here is delicious and reasonable priced. Its morning buffet is upon standard as most of 4 start hotels. The outdoor dining area is truly a highlight. We did enjoy having meals here.
It's not far from Bangkok and a good choice if you'd like to visit the snake rock mountain and floating market. It's a nice choice for a short weekend.
