★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIS IS OUR SECOND STAY HERE IN THREE DAYS. OUR FIRST STAY WAS SATURDAY NIGHT AND THE ROOM WAS A LITTLE BIGGER AND WAS VERY NICE. THIS ROOM THAT WE STAYED IN ON MONDAY NIGHT WAS A LITTLE CRAMPED BUT STILL A NICE ROOM. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. IT DOES COME WITH A FREE BREAKFAST AND I MUST SAY THE BUFFET WAS VERY GOOD FOR FOREIGNERS AS WELL AS THAI PEOPLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ !!!!!! WORST PLACE IN ISAM I've ever stayed. I lived in Thailand 19 years so I'm not a fly by night tourist ok. Bad service, aggressive security guards. After one night went to Pullman. Fkg Horrible place. Would not send ex wife there. AVOID!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Khon Kaen hotel it's nice hotel located in the center of the city.
It's nice but for sure not luxury or 4 stars hotel. I stayed 2 weeks here.
Breakfast service it's ok, not so much choice but fine.
Housekeeping service also nice.
Room it's ok bit not for star for sure.
The bathroom item it's rusty and full of limescale, fornitures are old and dirty.
If I suggest to stay here? Even if not really as they reclaim, still it's ok, it's second time I stayed here for convenience position.
