★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in the floating room. The view is nice and you can experience sleeping on the running water. But the quality of the room is very poor, bed and furniture are old and of bad quality, there's not much privacy (the small patio facing the river is communal), there's an always-on light bulb right outside the window that doesn't allow the room to get completely dark even when using the curtains. Breakfast is average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is absolutely amazing. We ordered 7 dishes and every dish was so good. A lovely place on the River Kwai. The staff are excellent and the service is fantastic. You simply must stop here when you're in Kanchanaburi. ?⚘
