★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Available time is changed to 6PM without noticing in any public source (even on Google here is still 7PM). I was here at 6.05PM and the employee refused to let me in while the other customer is still wrapping his stuff inside.
I tried negotiating just to drop-off my parcel (which is wrapped already, just need to put in a box and scan at the self-service machine) but no chance. Apparently, the service mind of the employee is so bad, we drove 20 min here for nothing. Terrible service indeed.
Hope the owner gives the employee a lesson. Especially when you change the information and the guilt is not on the customer.
