★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It takes a lot of work and effort to maintain a consistent taste across multiple months and even seasons. Meal after meal the quality of ingredients and skill shines through. When going out to other Japanese restaurants I find that there are menus that shift in quality while Kenta's manages to deliver across a more focused and curated menu.
