★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 set of tyres ordered.... got it after 2 months....and we had to call factory and main shop and send emails so many times! After 2 months i got different set of tyres as couldnt get the right set anymore...and of course got a cheapper set!!!!! Never again.......
Customer service very very very poor and messed up!!!!!!

Takes forever to get a few simple bits up there, really annoying customer service , put a d tracker in on the 17th of Feb 9th march today still no update and will not pick up phone!!!!.....they got 2 bikes of mine now ,toke a klx for service and check over 1 week already !!!!! last time i will this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't recommend, especially if you don't know too much on the technical side. Zero trust in their technical staff. Don't like to use threadlock on key components. Bike from here had many problems, before an apology always an excuse, sometimes complete BS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charge me 4500 to check an engine problem, In the end they give me the bike back in pieces.
AND there's scratches all over the place.
The frame, the paint, the fairing, everything scratched.
There's barely not a single piece without something scratched.
The bike was not new when I brought it in, but it wasn't in this state for sure.
AND they lost my exhaust.
I've had to call and pressure them through multiple days (and include other people to talk to them in thai) to finally get my exhaust back.
Very poor service. Not recommended.
Find other shop. You will be better off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an accident with my Kawasaki Z800, so I took them to this garage for repairs, I moved to explain to them point by point what I wanted to change, they sent me an estimate a few days later but half of the quotation did not correspond to what I had specified. the quote being in Thai I had it translated and asked to remove what had been added. after more than a week the shop sent me a message to tell me that my bike was ready. arrived at the garage to pick up the bike, he had not changed the clutch handle or the gear selector so it was impossible to take the road, so I asked them to give me another quote for the gear selector, the clutch handle and the shoe plastic on the left side + a hard plastic bubble on the front. result just for these 4 pieces i have to paid 22k
