★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪のスタッフ、店長らしき男の態度。ミスをしても絶対に謝罪しないのは、所詮タイ人だからしかたないのだろうけど、それにしてもひどすぎる対応。
自分でミスをしておいて、返金対応すらしない、自分は悪くないの一点張り。こんな人間に店を任せている時点で、カワサキは終わってる。
The worst staff, the attitude of a man who looks like a store manager. If you make a mistake, you will never apologize because you are a Thai person, but it's too bad.
Make your own mistakes and don't even handle refunds. Kawasaki is over when such a person leaves the store.

I have been a kawasaki customer for more than 10 years in tye country where I come from but I have never seen such bad useless service. The staff does not want to do any effort to help or solve your problem. Unfortunately if this is the type of service I get from my local dealer then I will have to change to a brand of motorcycle that is prepared to assist and help their customers. Very disappointed ?☹
