ถ้าสายไฟอยู่บนเสาไฟ อ้างว่าสายชำรุด เสาไฟล้ม แล้วดับบ่อยขนาดนี้ก็เอาลงดินเถอะ
หลายๆจังหวัดเค้าเริ่มกันแล้ว
อะไรที่มันเป็นรัฐวิสาหกิจที่ไม่มีคู่แข่งมันไม่มีการพัฒนาใดๆเลย ขอบคุณ
