★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Fluent English and the explanation with details" is a big lie! It's with great luck that you will find one single staff speaking English; all the others are speaking Thai ONLY. But I admit that the technicians are probably the best! However, ordering repairs or 10K-km services is a nightmare if the only English-speaking staff is not available. It often results in wrong actions/work and over charging bills for work carried out that not has been ordered. If you cannot speak Thai, better watch out when you order work or repairs... there might be unpleasant surprises coming up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid 10000 baht deposit for a Toyota Rocco on the seventh of January at a quoted price and when I went to sign paperwork they increased the price by another 40000 baht.
I requested my deposit back but still waiting as today 22/2/ 20, this in the second time I have same problem with Toyota due to quoted price given by supposedly trained sales staff.
Now very happy with my new Ford Ranger Wildtrak.
