I intended to put my cat in for bathing and wound dressing and informed the hospital in advance during the reservation that she has a fungi infection called Sporothrix which is zoonosis and transmissible to animal and human. They accepted the booking.
When we brought the cat in, the hospital declined to give her a bath saying that they’re afraid she will spread the fungi to other animal, a condition of which I already told them.
Instead they would only do wound dressing and pilling
Along came another surprise, I was shocked to see the bill. 2400 Bath for wound dressing and pilling. Klean and Klear Saline water costs 400 THB! Normal drug stores sell it for 60 THB, same brand and same size.
