ด้านบริการหลังการขาย ช่วงแรกๆให้บริการค่อนข้างดี ตอบเร็ว มาเซอร์วิสหน้างาน แต่ช่วงหลังๆเริ่มดองแชตข้ามวัน ตอบแบบขอไปที จึงต้องติดต่อไปสอบถามกับ hikvision โดยตรงถึงได้คำตอบ (ขณะรีวิวยังไม่หมดประกัน 3 ปีเลยครับ แต่บริการหลังการขายก็เริ่มยากแล้วครับ)
