★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor choice of guide. I was in a family private tour and I could blatantly say that the tour guide (M) has insufficient knowledge as we were wondering around lost for countless times.. To make it worse, her attitude makes her the most disgusting guide I've ever seen. She shows disrespect to my elderly uncle and everything that she does gives a hint of asking for more tip.. Shows a very rigid flexibility as she kept on challenging our request (e.g. buy local fruits) telling us that shes gonna get fined upon granting what we want (this is a private tour fyi)..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rachon, (Roger) was our wonderful guide in Bangkok for two days of visiting several Wots, the floating market, the market on the train tracks at Maeklong Station and so on. ITC is very lucky to have this kind, informative and excellent English speaker. He purchased treats for us from several street vendors all of which were great and eliminated us having to try and likely fail at choosing which foods to try. He taught us about Buddhism and gave us choices how to structure our tour day. ITC is a totally trustworthy firm for making all the necessary travel arrangements you might have. Just be sure to ask that Rachon be your guide!
