Staff was unfriendly when I walked in. I'm guessing it's due to my appearance wearing jeans and polo. Practically all the staff became so friendly when I ordered 4 apple TVs. Never judge people by their appearance, especially ones who come in, in the middle of the day, on a weekday.

worst experience with service today. left the store problem unresolved (unable to transfer photo from old iPad to new iPad.) Store not interested to provide service. Just wanna sell products and accessories. regretted previous business with this store (Mac upgrade). can't recommend to anyone seeking support services.

Becareful when you consult with Sales people they may seems to understand you well but they may not and this may put you in an unwanted situation. I went to buy MacBook Air and and I said to sales person that I have a hard disk on my MacBook Air and I want to move my hard disk to the nee MacBook Air because the new one has less HD and my files will not fit. She confirmed yes it is possible to do and don’t worry so we proceed to pay and I paid then we went to see the technical person and the guy said the new MacBook Air has onboard HD and cannot be changed then I said to sales person but you said it is ok it can be moved and I already paid , she just say “sorry” . I use MacBook Air for company and I have several email accounts with over 10 years history and therefore it needs a big storage . I tried to talk to technical person to find a way how I can use this one that I purchased as I didn’t want to give much pressure to them I actually tried to find a way to make it work , so I took the new MacBook back and I said I will try to move all data to iCloud so I can have more space for emails but even doing so didn’t help much and I couldn’t make enough space for my email accounts. So I went to shop I explain to them that whatever I do I couldn’t make it work and we had to return the product because they couldn’t find one with 512 GB so I must return this one as it is not working for me. I explained to them and some assistant store manager came and he said we must deduct 3% and after 60 days they will return the amount to my card, I didn’t accept as it is completely misinforming and they must accept and take it back with 100% but anyway sales person said she will pay this 3% from her pocket to close this matter. They went together to proceed but they come back to me and said no they must deduct 30% not 3 % and of course I got angry as they were trying to fool me because just 3 min ago we decided return with 3% deduction, so obviously I didn’t accept this 30% deduction and they came back to me after 30 min and they offered 20% deduction for something that I have no mistake and plus they wasted my 2 afternoons. At the end I said look it is 100% shops mistake to give me wrong info but ok I let you deduct 10% and another 10% you absorb but they didn’t accept and of course I didn’t accept 20% deduction as they have zero service mind and understanding so what I did is just left the new MacBook Air there with all payment details and with complete package and I left the shop, I asked them to contact whoever their manager and solve this matter without any deduction. Btw I asked to contact shop manager by phone many times they refused to give me phone number. Another weird thing the technical guy and another sales person they al knew the story from the beginning and they knew that I have been misinformed but they also kept quite and never comment when I was trying to deal with assistant manager. I lost 3 afternoon almost and left the MacBook Air there and my problem still unsolved and I will take all necessary actions to just to make them understand their mistake. So just be careful make sure you are with the right sales person otherwise you will not be treated well after you make your purchase and faced a problem. Unprofessional, zero service mind and attitude problems.
