★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought Belkin power cord for iphone, it was dysfunctional after a few months. Bought Energea for iphone, it was unable for charging, when sent to fix, under warrantee, after over a week, one guy from Energea called to tell me it is not under warrantee because the powerbank insides are rusted from dampness. I did not drop it into the water, use as normally and well taken care of. I will not buy anything from them ever again. Lesson learned. And as recommendation, Fortune tower, an IT mall for tech stuff is just opposite side of the road, you could find a few Apple shops from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They answered my question. Went in to ask if they could change my battery they said yes. Went in was greeted and helped right away and led to the right place. Not many employees like the real Apple stores in America. But it was good. Not too crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service and disorganised queue system. Poorly behaved staff especially those who take orders and work at the tills - felt as if they didn’t receive an appropriate or even a basic customer service training before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. Friendly and patient. The technician even waited on the phone (Sun, 7:30pm) while I tried to fix a hiccup setting up a new iPhone at home.
Much better service (and the chance to speak to someone on the phone) than the flagship store. Also, there’s no need to book an appointment if you wanted to drop by and see a technician.
But you need to speak to them in Thai, I didn’t get very far in English.
