ไม่มีแม้แต่คำตอบให้ดิฉัน
ไม่มีคำขอโทษ
เรื่องทั้งหมดนี่ดิฉันไม่ได้นั่งรอ 5-10 นาทีนะคะ เกือบครึ่งชั่วโมงนะคะ ปั้มบางจากติดกับโลตัสแคลาย คะ
ดิฉันยังอยากได้รับคำขอโทษอยูนะคะ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ อินทนิลสาขาปั๊มบางจาก ตรงเส้นชะอำขาออก พนักงานควรปรับปรุงการทำงาน ไม่แจ้งว่าน้ำในป้ายยกเลิกขาย (ทางแถบที่เป็นพวกน้ำอัญชัน) รอจนลูกค้าสั่งน้ำอัญชัน ถึงจะบอกว่ายกเลิกขายแล้วทั้งป้าย แล้วแจ้งลูกค้าให้หันไปดูป้ายเองว่ามีน้ำผลไม้อะไรขายบ้าง...
และพอได้เครื่องดื่มแล้ว พนักงานไม่คีย์เข้าเครื่อง ไม่แจ้งราคา (ราคาเครื่องดื่มที่ซื้อคือ 65 บาท) จนเราลองยื่นเงินไปให้ 100 บาท เพราะคิดว่าจะคีย์ตอนนั้น ก็ไม่ทำ แต่กลับกดเปิดลิ้นชักเครื่องหยิบเงินทอนเลย จนเราต้องเอ่ยปากขอใบเสร็จ ก็ถามเรากลับอีกว่าจะเอาใบเสร็จด้วยเหรอ? พอเรายืนยันว่าใช่.. ถึงได้เรียกพนักงานข้างๆ อีกคน มาคีย์ให้จนใบเสร็จออกมา แบบนี้เข้าข่ายทุจริตรึไม่ไม่ทราบ แต่เจ้าของที่ซื้อแฟรนไชส์ไป ควรไปดู/อบรมด้วยจะขอบคุณมาก อีกอย่างถ้าป้ายที่เลิกขายเอาออกไม่ได้ เพราะบริษัทไม่ให้เอาออกหรืออะไร ก็ควรให้พนักงานช่วยแจ้งลูกค้าด้วย ไม่ควรรอให้สั่งแล้วถึงบอกแบบนี้
