★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To my surprise, the staff were friendly and the application process was done smoothly. The only thing is, the required documents are not fully listed on the website. It would be better if VFS can make sure that all the information is up to date so people don't have to run back home for more documents. Overall, all the staff were very nice and friendly, it has been a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this place many times. Many things have been changed and system has also changed. Only thing which hasn't changed is the attitude the the Indian Lady there who tends to be the supervisor there. sometimes sits at the counter number 11, 12,13. She speaks so rude with everybody. I saw many applicants, not amused with her. I have no idea, why VFS doesn't keep the feedback form there and ask the applicant to rate VFS's service. You will see 90% applicants will complain about this lady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building seems to be very old, no floor has toilets, except in the first floor and ground floor, careful please go with gas mask, there is a high chance you will certainly faint, parking in floor 1 and 2 is dark ' adding exact photo of your car entrance, need update on photo.
