★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, small group class which gives you the "near-private class" feeling. The equipments are in a very good condition. Aslo for those who use BTS, the studio is right at the exit of "BTS Udomsuk station" Strongly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've taken this Pilates class to destress, improve my balance and strengthen my core muscles. It's a small class of upto 5 students. The instructors are attentive and knowledgeable. Everyone is friendly. I really enjoy coming to class. Who knew Pilates can be this addictive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to start my workout 3 years ago and this is the place where I started with. Over 300 classes, I’m very satisfied with my body that it becomes more fit and firm. The instructors here are very attentive and knowledgeable. This is an exercise studio that makes you feel like you visit a friend’s house and it becomes your playground.
Highly recommended!

Furthermore the small class sizes ensure enough attention is being paid to you whilst on the reformer. Thanks to everyone there who always makes it a great experience :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i just had my first lesson for beginners in pilates on reformer machine. instructor khun Pang speaks perfect english. it was fun. reformer machine has more additional tools when in my previous gym class. and have different promotions on membership.
