★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked 2 airport shuttles in Bangkok and Phuket and both were excellent. I Asia had a guide waiting for us at the exit and then gave us information on what to do. We had the best drivers and our returns were on time too. We had a change of flight with emirates and we called their city office and Mr Nick changed this for us without any payment. Great service, great vehicles and great staff. We would use them again without question. All our shuttles we booked with Expedia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love love i Asia Thailand. We Booked online with Expedia for Bangkok Siam Niramit tickets; printed out QR code and presented it at the ticket counter. Could not have have been easier. We also booked a private car from the Airport and this was excellent. We booked a return it was so convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked airport shuttle from phuket and the amazing Thailand phuket and the Phi Phi speedboat with i Asia. This agent is wonderful. Easy to connect by phone and the guide Nicky in phuket was excellent. Recommended if you travel to Thailand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We explored Phi Phi and also the outlining Islands with I Asia. One of the longest days but we went on a ferry, the phi phi islands, the view points and also snorkelling and swimming and sunbathing. The prices are very good too and would use them again without hesitation

We all really enjoyed the experience. there was tons of signage around to find the location so that was good. the performance it self was an eye opener into thai culture and history which is very good to learn about as it's so interesting. the special effects has us in awe and there wasn't a boring moment in the show. We also booked their Hop On Bus Tour and we saw the city in a day and their staff on board, their buses were on time and the audio guide was GPS related. 100% recommend and well done to I Asia!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value for money! What I like about this agency they are very customer driven. Booked the Amazing phuket tour and received my vouchers almost immediately. Ms May emailed me to reconfirm and the driver and guide was on time and the tour around the island fantastic. This is the only travel agent I have ever known to have several direct lines without extension numbers or recordings with emails and an emergency number. That’s great service when you are travelling alone in another country. Big thanks to the manager Nick who also helped me find my glasses on the bus which I left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I travelled to Phuket and firstly booked a hotel shuttle which was excellent. Guide Nicky met us in the Airport and we arrived into our hotel Safe. We also booked the Siam Niaramit and also the Phi Phi Island tour. In Bangkok we also booked an airport shuttle and the Thai cooking which was fun. I just say I Asia Thailand were so professional and it was very easy to contact them as they issue many ways of communication. I would definitely use them again without hesitation. We booked all our trips with Expedia.
