★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good value overall. The rooms are quiet and clean. The bed in the little bit hard but not too bad. The swimming pool is clean and nice to jump into first thing in the morning. The owner was helpful when I booked the wrong room she was able to transfer me to the correct room. Would stay again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location if you have motorbike. There is a local market about 1km from hotel. Nice and clean rooms, good and clean pool, good gym.

Great pool.
Bit dodgy if you walk back to hotel at night due to very threatening Soi dogs.
Nice, friendly girl on front desk at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super convenient for the airport, 5 minute walk to the city train terminal at Lat Krabang. Towels were super soft, bed linens very posh, bathroom (attached for my room) very modern and well lit. A/C & ceiling fan, no TV Though, very Thai neighborhood, but 7-11 across the street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap (500b) but comfortable hotel. Nothing exceptional and aging. Pool is ok. Mountain view isn't recommended, city view is much better. Limited parking for cars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed in this hotel many times and always enjoyed my stay. It is very clean and the staff are very hard working and polite. However, this time I was out in the older building. I feel the rooms are getting a bit tired and in need of refurb. My toilet kept blocking for no reason. Only urine in toilet. Basin in bathroom has no plug or hot water to shave. Bed is very hard and uncomfortable. I would still recommend for a cheap short stay. But not sure I will return.

Room was very clean and spacious, modern and A/C was great. The location is perfect, 5 minutes away from the train station (in car), 7/11 close by within walkable distance and 10 minute car/scooter journey to the mall. I would recommend to stay here if you come to Hua Hin. Reception staff are also friendly and rented a scooter to us also.
