★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well i must start by thanking Raj as he is a gentlemen very honest young man who got me the deal i was looking for so thanks again my old chum for all your help and i most deftly will be recommending you to all my friends at the local golf club and back in the UK many thanks. This magnificent part of Thailand,has around six kilometres of South-east Asia's very best beaches. This, and the property we purchased has some of the best seafood restaurants in Thailand ,its one of the main reason why I've stayed in Hua Hin What's also appealing about the beach is that it's clean and spotless - the town's authorities are obviously (and rightly) very proud of what they've got, and they maintain it beautifully. In every respect, Hua Hin beach is a gem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not writing this recession primarily for the agency, but for all Farangs who are looking for a house in Hua Hin. We were suspicious and cautious at the beginning, since we read and heard about some negative reviews about real estate agents in Hua Hin and also experienced by ourselves certain disasters when renting the house (5 agencies). But such experiences are now history.
There is probably no better and more serious contact when it comes to buying a house. A carefree package is offered here. Mr. Raj Shivesh Pandey is not a "function" as a real estate agent for his customers, he is a "person" who goes through the purchasing phase with his customer with passion and great responsibility and of course with lots of experience. Always helpful and ready for creative and good ideas from the beginning until to the signing the contract and also afterwards. Especially, his always honest opinion was of great value for us.
We are now realizing our dream house in Hua Hin and in addition we also are getting to know very kind and serious people through him. Thank you Raj!

He helped us find a temporary rental property while we conducted our property search in Hua Hin.
