★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ร้านเรียกไรเดอร์ให้ส่งเค้ก แต่ปักหมุดปลายทางผิด โทรไปบอกให้ทิ้งเลขบัญชี ไว้ในแชท บอกจะโอนเงินให้ก็ไม่อ่าน ผิดพลาดแล้วก็ไม่รับชอบ เสียทั้งเวลา ค่าน้ำมัน โอกาสในการรับงานต่อไปอีก แย่มากเลยแบบนี้

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ สั่งเค้กล่วงหน้า 6 วัน แอดมินไม่ประสานงานทำให้วันรับเค้กไม่ได้รับที่ต้องการ ทางร้านบอกว่ามี fountain cake ที่ทำไว้และเตรียมจะส่งให้ลูกค้าวันพรุ่งนี้ เอามาเปลี่ยนแทนได้มั๊ย แสดงว่าไม่ได้ทำเค้กวันต่อวัน
ราคาแพง ขอให้แต่งสตรอเบอรี่ด้านบนเพิ่ม ตอนแรกบอกคิดเงินเพิ่ม 300 บาท ตอนหลังแต่งเสร็จพนักงานเปลี่ยนราคาเป็น 500 บาท... เฉพาะผลไม้ที่โรยด้านบนตามภาพจะคิด 500 บาท ไม่รวมตัวเค้กด้านล่างอีก 850 บาท
ตามภาพซึ่งเป็นสตรอเบอรี่ฝานบางๆ ไม่น่าเกิน 2 ลูก กับบลูเบอรี่ 9 ลูก จะคิด 500 บาท... ปลูกในป่าที่ฝนตกลงมาเป็นทองคำ 99.99% หรอคะ
ใครจะสั่งเค้กร้านนี้ก็คิดให้ดี เค้กก็ไม่ได้อร่อยมากมายขนาดนั้นเทียบกับความรู้สึกที่เสียไป แอดมินไม่ประสานงาน ทำเค้กไว้ล่วงหน้าค้างคืน ราคาแพง เสียเวลา เสียความรู้สึก ทำผิดไม่ชดใช้ชดเชยใดๆทั้งสิ้น

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No service mind at all. The place call back the bakery that have been misdelivered, particularly within the covid situation that should not done. The place said that it’s their policy to call back and hygiene them. So, we are not quite sure that the food that we ordered or will order in the future are from the call-back ones or not. Plus, there were no apologies from the place as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ?Ordered matcha fountain cake and found there’s too little matcha, they could have put in more matcha to make its aroma stronger and more full-flavored but no, and wayyyy too sweet?? but the cream is creamy enough, nice texture
The sizing 2 lbs was smaller than expected?
It’s like a cake full of sugar with diluted matcha
Oh but the staff was nice, good service mind!
