★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked through the Flat company's payment gateway. I was then greeted at the airport by two of their employees who assisted my wife and I check in process. They are very professional and did a great job at handling our arrival in Bangkok, and cheaper than a serviced apartment.

I was relieved that the experience was so stress free. The staff was always thoughtful and ready to assist with any issues. I highly recommend.

At first, it was overwhelming trying to arrange accommodations in an unfamiliar city, but the people at Flat Monthly were very helpful and made it all very easy. The flat overlooking Lumphini Park was marvelous and the facilities were second to none. Bangkok is a truly amazing city and my thanks go out to Flat Monthly for finding this wonderful gem for us. I'm looking forward to my next stay in Bangkok!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team here is extremely professional. I rented a condo unit from them. The pre sales process was on point. But that is not why I am writing a review. The specific reason why they stand out from the rest is the after sales service. They provide and facilitate communication between the condo office/ owner and myself. For foreigners in Thailand, this is exceptional and makes a fantastic experience. From coordinating warranty services, condo inspection, providing condo updates, and most of all, available all the time to chat by messaging app. I highly recommend this team to everyone.

We stayed at a wonderful flat right in the heart of asoke, everything from airport pickup and checking in, to utilities payment and checkout were managed by the fabulous operations team. What a wonderful experience. I just wanted to note that no other agents would help us, I guess due to our short duration. Flat monthly has a great model and great people. All the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with Flat Monthly and highly recommend them to anyone coming to Bangkok and needs a place to stay long term. Handled the whole process online in the matter of a few hours. Was such a welcome experience and they got me the perfect condo for my stay. Searched high and low for someone who could arrange a 7 months stay.....but they could do it. They also arranged cleaning for me every week, and quickly sorted out some wifi problems in the unit.
