Jag skulle till berget och ser på den finna utsikten eventuell passa på att meditera. På vägen ner såg jag gymet. Det var en bra läge att träna på tyckte jag. Då börja de jag prata med tränare där. Och fick prova på gratis. Då ser jag dräkt det här passa mig bra. En tränare som kan lära ut (mycket bra) och en väldigt trevlig gäng att träna med.
Gymet har boxning säck, stora däck, matta, hopprep, handskar och mycket mer.
Det saknar boxnings ring men det är påväg att byggas.
Det som är mest viktig här är att du en bra tränare som kan lära ut på en bra och trevlig sätt.
Very good for me.
I would go to the mountain and look at the view to possibly take the opportunity to meditate. On the way down I saw the gym. It was a good place to work out, I thought. Then they start talking to coaches there. And got to try it for free. Then I see costume this fit me well. A trainer who can teach (very good) and a very nice bunch to train with.
The gym has boxing sacks, large decks, mats, jump ropes, gloves and much more.
It lacks the boxing ring but it is about to be built.
The most important thing here is that you are a good coach who can teach in a good and pleasant way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not personally a gym man or a Muay Thai guy but the gym has a fantastic open air setting. Should be worth a try for any travellers or locals wanting an open air workout.
