Slow replies to support request emails and telephone., Some time not replies. when we need to change spare part hp core switch and another with hp Thailand them all change antiques part to we.! customer service spoken is so bad.!! Suck HP Thailand Customer Service.!!

HP service really sucks. Never get a reply. Staff is useless. I don't understand how this company can survive with these low standards.

These guys are something. They care much more about the correct way of hanging name tag around their necks (with clear warnings posted on walls), than they do about their paying customers. To the point that they wanted to sell me a CPU fan that costs 1.25usd on eBay for 22usd and without warranty. I will not allow to be taken for a fool, so I decided to walk out and fix the fan myself. I do feel pity for all other customers that do not know how to have an insite and control over their devices as they are obviously being taken for fools by HP. A typical case of failed leadership and mismanagement in yet another oversized corporation that resulted in a elaborate system of institutionalised fraud. No wonder they can afford to pay the rents for those modern offices. If you are looking for constructive and fair computer service and would not like to waste your precious time on bs. excuses, simply avoid.

Website not updated. Costumer service has been moved in DHL warehouse somewhere in Rama 3. No telephone nos or contact on the website also. No telephone nos on the receipt they gave you to be able to check if repair has finished as of now no call if repair has been done. Basically, you have to go there to check if it's finished which is a waste of time to keep coming back. ??

Tje qualitu of the products is very bad. I will nevwr buy any HP comouters and will never recommend any one also. Worst quality of service after sales

I have been a loyal fan of HP PC's and Laptops since 20 years. However, the recent experience has changed my thoughts and I must say that the service levels of HP has gone to its lowest levels ever. Recently I bought a new lap top in January but since that time having the issues every now and then. First, key board stopped working. Mechanic came and changed it. right after a couple of days, main board stared giving troubles. Again, repaired. Now after two weeks the whole machine is dead. Calling HP is a night mare. the way their staff is trying to handle the situation, it does not look like an international company. Looks like this company belongs to a third rated country. After making complaints so many times, no response from the company. Looks like that HP dopes not care for its customers any more. I am sending the whole experience details to their competitors also so they can see also and going to put this news on all the social media to let the world know about the low standards of HP. I do not want any one to go through this kind of experience any more. My recommendations is that buy the computer from any brand but not from HP at all, if you don't want to have a bad experience.
