★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pork is very good. Beef may not be as good as other Japanese chains. What I love are the soup (tofu, kelp) and veggies (iceberg lettuce, yam, straw mushroom, dry seaweed, etc) choices not available elsewhere. Sushi is available as well.
