★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location and friendly staff. We had the crab cannelloni, and found the crab itself to be delicious, and the pasta well done. The sauce was just OK, though, and made the dish less than it should have been for the price. We also had the prawn soup, and it was disappointing even though the prawn itself was fresh and tasty. The soup looked ugly, and it was too salty and lacked any complexity. Overall we found the ingredients fresh and the menu was creative and interesting, but the food was just “almost there”, making the whole thing not quite worth the high prices. Your money would go farther elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2.5 stars for food and 3 stars for service. A Thai fusion chain, good selection of dishes. But quality is a let down, especially on beef noodles. Ingredients need improvement. Greyhound franchise in Hong Kong is definitely better than BKK Operator in terms of food quality and display. $$$
