★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to pleasure to do a tour with Greenleaf and stay at the accommodation.
First the tour. We did a half-day tour with Joe and had such a good time! He is great. For the full-day tour we had Tina as our guide and she was so knowledgeable and spotted the smallest animals. We were lucky to see gibbons. She is great at taking pictures with your smartphone, using a telescopelike lens. This was a great added bonus to see the animals up close anyway. Didn't see elephants unfortunately, but that's no guarantee at all anyway. The hike through the jungle was quite short (I'd say 4km max) so be mindful of that if you want a lot of hiking.
The accommodation was decent, can't expect more for that price! Our room was clean and spacious enough. We didn't miss the AC at all as the temperature lowers in the evening. I would really recommend staying at Greenleaf if you're also doing a tour with them. It's just convenient. They have nice food as well for reasonable prices.
Communication with Greenleaf was great. They responded very quickly to my questions, both by email and by WhatsApp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good guesthouse and they provide really informative tours in khao yai. The staffs there were really nice, kind and helpful. They spoke good English as well. The room rate was also a very good deal, 300baht for a room for two people. Only there's no hot water there which was fine for me. Last but not least, their food was the best, especially they could make their menu vegetarian if you asked.

Ghaan was our guide, and she's so passionate, energetic and knowledgeable. She'll find animals, insects and herbs that were right in front of you but you'd never know without them being pointed out.
Finished the day with plenty of photos of gibbons, bulls, snakes, spiders, deer, some with the telescopic lens.
Note that you need to email or call in advance about the tours, as they only have 1-2 vehicles and guides. I had to wait quite a few days to get in on a group tour but obviously it was worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Family of 5 stayed at Greenleaf Guesthouse for 3 nights and did the 1.5 day tours. The accommodation was basic at a good price. Good variety of thai food at affordable prices. The tour guides were great and we got to see black bear, monkeys, gibbons, horn billed bird, deer, lizards and many spiders. We highly reccomend the tour!

It was a beautiful day, shame we couldn’t see some elephants. Massive thank you to Jo as well, very helpful and very easy to reach him. The organization was great !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The full day tour is amazing. You spend a day driving around the park and hiking. We had a great guide, Madame Kaan, who can spot for you animals you cannot see even if you are close to them. She will tell you about plants and spices and you will learn a lot about the local nature and discover forest paths you will not know about without a real, nature-loving and motivated local guide. You need to try it out. You risk nothing except liking more the forest ;)

The company owner really cared about offering us the best and appropriate program without trying to earn as much as possible with the tours. So we had a one day tour first and a private tour on the other day which fitted to our needs and was a very good offer! The guide Lek was very nice and helped us a lot! Without him, we wouldnt have seen 95% of animals we have seen with him! I can strongly recommend this company! And the food at the guesthouse also tastes delicious!
