Reserve a room for 3000 baht, can't refund at all. Ask to postpone the date of stay because the old dormitory didn't inform the move according to the contract, so had to stay for another 1 month in order to get a refund of the security deposit. Thank you for helping to solve the problem.

เจ้าของอพาร์ตเม้นต์ไม่ยอมคืนเงินมัดจำให้ โทรไปหาก็บอกให้ไลน์มาคุย พอไลน์ไปหาก็ไม่อ่าน รอเงินคืนเกือบ 30 วันก็ไม่ได้ สุดท้ายก็มาพูดว่า "ถ้าไม่คืนแล้วจะทำไม" แย่ที่สุด!! สรุปคือไม่ได้เงินคืน เสียไปฟรีๆ 3,000 บาท

The apartment owner refused to refund the deposit. Call and tell Line to talk. When I go online, I can't read. I can't wait for a refund for almost 30 days. Finally, I said that "If you don't return, then why?" Worst!! In conclusion, the money is not refunded, it's 3,000 baht for free.
