Went to Fuji restaurant in Blue Port shopping center for my husband's birthday dinner. What a terrible experience. We ordered 2 salmon stake sets and garlic fried rice. The garlic fried rice turned up before anything else. After waiting a while my husband was served his salmon steak set and then we waited for my food to arrive. After 15 minutes still no food and we asked one of the staff why I wasn't served. Apparently the kitchen had forgotten to make my meal. After 15 minutes my dinner appeared. By that time I had lost my appetite and wasn't tasty.
The staff seemed totally unqualified to work in a restaurant and there was no manager present.
I must strongly advice against going to this Fuji restaurant. No need to say we will not be returning to this joke of a restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like others have said the service is really terrible, compared to this chain’s restaurants in Bangkok the owners clearly haven’t trained their staff at all.
We ordered, a minute later our waitress informed us they didn’t have one item, no problem we ordered something else. A couple of minutes later another item became unavailable, ok no problem again another item ordered instead. Our drinks came, then 10 minutes later we were informed there was no rice, a different item then ordered. 5 minutes later there was no salmon (that had had been ordered first. At this point we asked to pay for our drinks and leave, this caused quite a problem for them but I insisted and we left 25 minutes after our initial order. Not a good place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious, Japanese food at very generous prices compared to other options in the area. Staff is very friendly, although communication is sometimes a problem if you are a foreigner. We had a hard time asking for things outside the menu. That is not at all limited to this restaurant though. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing tempura. The restaurant is nice enough and service is attentive. Menu is so large it is almost impossible to make a choice. I had the tempura set. The miso soup was excellent but the tempura was soggy and went cold very quickly. No crunchy batter here. And the batter was very heavily coating everything. Far from the light real Japanese tempura.
