★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our agent, Three, was excellent. He helped us get a fantastic tenant for our place, and supported us with all processes and questions related to it. On top of this, he was most helpful in trying to find a suitable place for our next home. I can genuinely say the Fresh Property team were superb from the initial contact point to the end of process. They were extremely professional, bilingual (this helped a lot) and very client-focused - in fact the most professional agent we dealt with.

Pierre successfully coordinated my end of contract and set me up with one of his new employees, Three. I had one week to find a condo, and I found one the day after returning from London. Three asked all the right questions and found lots of options for my one day condo search. After I moved in he has been in regular contact to check everything is going well and has always been on hand to answer any questions/contact the landlord. I am very impressed with the service at Fresh Bangkok, it is always a professional and efficient service. Thank you .

As foreigners not living in Bangkok, we've had a tricky time finding reliable real-estate agents that could communicate well too. Hence upon stumbling across Fresh Property online, we were greatly impressed by how quickly they replied to our enquiry, reverting back with a very thorough scope of their services. Once we engaged them to find us a tenant, we were kept up-to-date on every account of what they were planning to do and notified on every step along the way. Communication was spot-on.
We had an issue dealing with utility payments and this was handled swiftly by the team and resolved thereafter. Their ability to problem solve quickly gave us peace of mind knowing they were capable of handling the management of our property be it on a small or large scale.
Our only regret was not finding Fresh Property sooner! We highly recommend them to anyone needing that level of professionalism & efficiency that is so needed during this day and age.

As a foreigner trying to rent a condo in Bangkok he found me a great place and explained everything to me clearly. Process and paperwork went smoothly. He went out of his way to deal with my “eccentricities “ and even helped me clear up some paperwork issues with immigration.
