★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experiences I've had. Replying to emails takes forever and the guy just doesn't seem bothered to even want to sell things therefore I decided to cancel my order. If I continued to play along with his flaky behavior, I assume I MIGHT get my order 2 years later...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad Customer service and just delays constantly , still have yet to get my items after nearly 9 months now
I ordered two items in April 2021 after the time they said they would be shipped they delayed it , and each time the new dead line came they delayed it again it is now been 7 months since it should have been shipped . I was promised a refund on January 2nd 2022 but nothing came . I messaged a lot of times since then but have received no answer .
Just seems like they have stolen my money at this point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order the product in Early November and was advise it could take up to 6 weeks to dispatch to allow for demand and limited materials. I have and event on the 28th of Jan so timing was okay and I completely understood and proceeded to place my order.
The original date given for dispatched was 15th of December on the site but as it got close the date was slid back to the end of the 6 weeks... Further I emailed just confirming it would be sent to which i receive 6 word reply that we very unprofessional. I was then told I had to wait another two weeks as it was complete. I was upset but agreed as there is nothing I can do to move it along but was unsure when the item would be received at this stage.
The two weeks had past and yet again, no notification of it being sent. I sent another email and this time I waited till the 14th to allow and extra day for time differences and then two days after I get a reply saying they need to extend the date further... At this stage I was extremely upset at they did not care for my order to be held to the original date... I explained that it was for a event and I needed it well before to ensure the outfit was together prior. They stated they would try there best but no garentee before the date.
On the 22nd of Jan I received the items and they seem good quality but the hassle to place and receive this order became a negative experience. I would recommend their product but do not expect to receive it in time or with them to care that its late.
If they had shown some understanding and empathy for the situation it would have been a better experience. Also if they had replied a little more professionally with more the 6 word reply's that informed with the situation i would have felt more comfortable.
Not here to drag them down but some point they should work on to make a amazing customer service.
Otherwise products showed up and first impression is good quality but will have to see longevity over time.
