★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy little place for european breakfast. Popular with local expats Lots of different bakery, savory pastry, e.g. quiche and sweet pastry, e.g. lemon tart. They also serve different types of cold brew tea and homemade coffee. I tried Italian espresso ice cream and was so in love with it. They also serve western and Thai dishes. We went back for dinner and ordered pizza. Will come back again.

✅ a lot of bakery to choose from. So many customers come and go.
✅ Parking spot available on the opposite of the street
✅ Staff are nice and welcoming.
⛔Super busy on the weekend. Can be a bit loud inside. Wish chairs were a bit more comfy.
Other points: Grab is having a tough time making a trip for me from center of Pattaya because it's hard for them to get a customer back to town.
