A ruined shop will cry at a very expensive price to come across a bad photo. And most of the employees don't know about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. They assume that customers need to know all their policies as they are printed on a small piece of paper and hang it on the wall which they stand in front of it.
In my case, there was a miscommunication and I was fine. I didn't blame them and I understand very well that I have to come back the next day to pick up the photo. Their employee was trying to apologize but the lady, I think she is the boss or manager, hold the employee not to give apology.
What a shame.
