They both have been extremely useful right from the beginning.
They are so patient and really provided me with the best advices.
They relentlessly addressed all of my many requests, almost 24h/24h.
They are both totally fluent in Thai and know so well the various local procedures.
The process at the Land Department is far from trivial and they very successfully helped me all the way through.
They even helped me at the bank to obtain all the correct required documents, and with all the post-settlement duties: change of registration with the MEA (Electricity supplier), internet providers etc...
I would highly recommend their very professional services.
