★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service just terrible. Customer service was awful the rudest company especially custom clearance officer. Not willing to help not willing to listen. In the end we lost our shipment. If 0 star was possible they'll probably get it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people will serve you all freight services, focus on international transportation of commercial goods. I accidentally reached them for dropping my stuff off for my friend outside country and people here couldn’t handle it but they help me contact the FedEx Express for the nearest location drop off. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not serious about package delivery. Take my advise and ship your cargo/parcel/document with DHL if you want it delivered in a timely fashion.
I sent documents via Fedex to Dubai and it was held up at Dubai Fedex Center for days(actually it an entire month). They didn't bother to contact me or the consignee at the destination about the package. I think this is highly irresponsible behavior of Fedex. Fedex should ask themselves how responsible it is to with hold someones package without notifying them.
If you are paid to deliver packages and you cant deliver it, shouldn't you notify the recipient or the sender of the status?
On the other hand I have sent countless documents via DHL and have always received timely updates, notifications, telephone calls about package status (even if there are slight delays).
Moral of the story: Send your stuff by DHL if you want them to be delivered in a timely fashion.
Cheers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used fedex for urgent documents delivered in Bangkok, had documents in hardcover and usb pen drive. We paid custom duty plus FedEx tax (ridiculous amount service fee) just to clear a usb pen drive and documents.
Took 1 week to clear documents.
Didn’t respect any urgency.
On top ask for extra money.
I don’t recommend anyone using their service. They thrive on confiscating parcel and charge extra as per their convenience.
