The parcel has arrived in Bangkok Thailand on 12th of November, but I haven't got the parcel yet.
The operator promised to deliver on 15th of November, but the delivery was postponed on 18th.
When I made a phone call to the service center on the same day, the operator answered delivery is next day.
I wasted a lot of time with the fact that they made me confuse and annoy.
Shit Service!
