Fang Tun is a bit out-of-the-way street kitchen - although only fifty meters away from Buri Ram Train Station, but easily overlooked on the back.
The restaurant is very clean and above all the ingredients on the table are all remarkably fresh and orderly.
The Kuatiu Nahm, which is enjoyed daily by many guests, is a really successful soup. It has a fine, but also strong taste and is served with a good portion of coriander.
After a good half hour, the restaurant filled up with Thais who used their lunch break to eat a proper soup. In addition, a large number of out-of-home orders were handled - this place seems to be either the only noodle soup kitchen in the area or the best - I type second.
The prices are cheap, the food is good and cash is announced here.

Fang Tun ist eine etwas abseits gelegene Straßenküche - obwohl nur fünfzig Meter von der Buri Ram Train Station entfernt, aber auf der Rückseite eben leicht zu übersehen.
Das Restaurant ist sehr sauber und vor allem die Zutaten auf dem Tisch sind alle bemerkenswert frisch und manierlich.
Die Kuatiu Nahm die hier täglich von vielen Gästen genossen wird ist handwerklich eine wirklich gelungene Suppe. Sie hat einen feinen, aber auch kräftigen Geschmack und wird mit einer ordentlichen Portion Koriander gereicht.
Nach gut einer halben Stunde füllte sich das Restaurant zusehen mit Thais die ihre Mittagspause nutzten um eine ordentliche Suppe zu essen. Zusätzlich wurden auffallend viele Außer-Haus Bestellungen abgefertigt - dieser Ort scheint entweder die einzige echte Nudelsuppenküche in der Gegend zu sein oder aber die Beste - ich tippe auch Zweitens.
Die Preise sind günstig, das Essen gut und Barzahlung ist hier angesagt.
