★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dishwasher was leaking..I called at Electrolux on soi photisan and was told the technician would come soon.the next day the technician phoned for an appointment..he was on time,friendly and professional.repaired the machine ...very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't be worse. On February 18th I gave my vacuum cleaner for warranty repair. Didn't use this shop but it went to Electrolux directly. Today is April 9th and still no vacuum cleaner back. Will never buy anything from them again. UPDATE: Today is May 13th and Electrolux Bangkok still can't give me an idea when it will be repaired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. We paid for a part of a hood that had to be ordered and would be delivered in 3 weeks. Staff promised to call back repeatedly but always failed to follow-up about progress. After 2.5 months we are still in the dark about the status. Some years ago an equally awful experience with repair of a washing machine. Do not buy Electrolux !!!

10 calendar days and 200thb later they called me and told me it was fixed.
Reliable repair shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The magnetron broke on my microwave oven whilst still under warranty. Electrolux replaced with a new oven as for some reason they were unable to fix my original one. Excellent service from head office in BKK who answered my emails almost immediately. Took Electrolux 16 days to get a new one to me which could have been faster but overall happy with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok so don’t use this shop I took a simple vacuum cleaner in and they said some Technician would ring with the quote to repair and I should get it back fixed in 2 weeks. That was two weeks ago and I went in today and still not done and no price on when it will be done. I’m so frustrated as most things in Thailand are done on the spot.
I will not buy Electrolux ever again and will advise others no to either.
