First of all they are cheap.
Second of all they are not always polite and don't give all information fully professionally. I was left behind once.
Third of all they have deals with other companies (like most Thai travel agencies). We were brought to some shop on the way to Pattaya. And then to another (Gem Gallery) claiming to be a museum. The shop itself is fine. The way of bringing people there is not fine.
1/4 of the tour I consider to be totally lost time. The other part I was not impressed about. But it's more about the places than guides.
