★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Dum Handi Biryani was probably the best Biryani I’ve ever had. Melt-in-your-mouth delicious, as was the tandoori Chicken. Warm hospitality, fun cocktails. Only regret is we had no room for dessert - must go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Indian food and understand that for some people, Indian food may be too heavy or too spicy. But here at Dum Handi Biryani food is perfectly cooked and come with perfect tastes that everyone should like. They are not too spicy and surprisingly light. I would invite my friends who never tried Indian food before to come here and they could become a big fan of Indian food eventually.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for my friend’s birthday as a last minute decision for my friend to celebrate. We didn't make reservation but inform the manager that it was his birthday; he surprised him with a big and beautifully decorated cake and happy birthday played by saxophone. Was amazing! We are not big meat eaters and were so impressed with the quality of seafood on offer, try the seafood platter. Wines are affordable and good selection. Service was personal and attentive.

After a long day work I headed to, Dum Handi Biryani in Sukhumvit 22 to meet a friend and enjoy a great meal. We ordered couple of things, the service, staff, food, cleanness were really awesome, food was served in just 7 minutes and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The price and the portion are reasonable, not to mention it's the best Indian food in town. Try it and I believe you will enjoy it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came across this place as this is one of the few Indian resto that open until really late. Their specialty is the Dum Biryani. Tried of the chicken and also veg biryani. The portions a plenty and perfect for sharing. Love the Onion Bajji which was crispy and tasty. Tandoori pomfret, chicken tikka, prawn masala and mushroom masala are also delicious. The server was also very helpful. Overall an enjoyable time there.

We gave it a go and were not disappointed. Being from the UK we do enjoy a curry and eat them fairly often at home. The food served in this restaurant was brilliant, it was so tasty and fragrant. The highlight was the byriani which is served in a clay pot over hot coals. Be warned, the portion is enough for two, especially if you have some starters and bread too.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Locating the restaurant took us a few minutes to figure out; it's actually within a small side street of other bars and restaurants.
