★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor did not do a proper health exam before giving vaccinations and could not answer basic questions about my cat's health. She did not wear gloves nor wash her hands when examining a bacterial rash, then recommended an anti-itch cream despite needing a medicated cream for the rash.
Very poor organization of the staff and clinic, and the doctor seemed to have no idea what she was doing. I had to guide her in what to do for very basic things (like putting dates in the vaccination record book and asking her to check the cat's ears, eyes, and mouth).
