★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a non-profit organization (supported by SET snd SEC) aiming to help small investors/shareholders/stakeholders who invest their saving money in public companies listed in Stock Exchange of Thailand by assigning and authorizing its 200 members who are all volunteers to attend Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held from March 1 - 30 April every year to raise powerful question and comment to the Board of Diectors in the Meeting with the firm standing point that (1) every shareholderb whether he/she holds 1 share or 100,000 share gets equal right to raise the question or comment in the meeting. (2) Encourage top management of all tlisted companies in Stock Exchange of Thailand to realize the importance of business operation under the concept of transparency and corporate governance.
