★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend this clinic if you love your skin. I chosed this place based on many good reviews on Facebook. Of cause I was influenced, but at the end, I was very dissatisfied.
First of all, I have skin problem and expected to be treated by specialist, but in my case unfortunately there were not dermatologist nor esthetician. I suppose the employees who work here don’t have any esthetic certificate, so please keep that in mind , you are taking risk.
Secondly, during the treatment session, my face was crucified. It seemed like the lady was angry or in hurry ? She even put cleansing water INTO my eyes ( unintentionally, but well) No kidding it burned. Not only her hard hands caused me stress and pain, I was also worried and uncomfortable because she was COUGHING most of the time above MY FACE, of cause, No Mask protected. I cannot believe this. So I asked her to stop ( because I was painful) and if she’s got sick , she should rest. She denied and finished her job even quicker. My skin was red and suffered, the acne was worsened. It would take at least 2 weeks to recover. Hopefully.
Oh..and her colleague, brought some snack and was eating inside the treatment room, near my treatment bed, where it is supposed to be hygienic. Other clinics that I’ve been were quite strict with heigenic controls . This is the first time I experience such low standards and I’m speechless.
Lastly, I want to mention the manner of employees. I am happy to pay more if I am well treated. Unfortunately, I was not. Maybe their great manners are reserved only for huge valued customers? such as those who do surgery, botox or pay a lot more expensive for full program?? Sincerely, I was not very welcomed. I think you can imagine , I entered and they smiled (as always, Thai style). I told them I wanted to try the acne program first, to see if it works for me and I don’t want any fancy program. Well, smile disappeared and I was sent to the evil’s hand.
Hopefully the owner will pass by my comments and improve your business. I decided to comment in English, not because I’m pretentious , but it would cause you less damage than I write in Thai.
