★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 stars for the food, this time the fish was a bit too plain though. The fried rice with pork was tastety. They were generous with the pork. The sweet and sour soup with omelet was good. They should have at least put some veggies in it. The punch though was way too sweet to handle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are lots of restaurants and food stalls in Paseo Mall. However, this one made the effort to serve us a gluten free meal. The ambience is a comfortable and modern family restaurant. Service was pretty good although they forgot one of the main courses until prompted.
Not especially cheap nor large meals but all were tasty (spring rolls, mushroom Tom Yum soup, brocolli and cashew stir fry, and a couple of other stir frys) bar the Panang curry which came with so much fish sauce as to be malodorous and tasted unpleasant to us falang (first Thai meal to do this).
However, that aside, would give the chain another go for providing a GF meal although forgoing the Panang Curry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authentic Thai food with a huge menu. Overall the dishes are savoury and generally considered average for local Thai diners. Be warned, for “Westerners” make sure to specifically tell the staff not to prepare dishes spicy, as some dishes are very spicy (even to Thai standards)!
Restaurant is well staffed and generally staff are attentive (much more so than other restaurants in the same area/level).
The interior is average, with tables having seats or benches. Not the kind of place to bring someone on a first date, but adequate for lunches or an easy dinner.
Prices are reasonable and average for the type of food. Not cheap, but most definitely not expensive.
