★ ★ ★ ★ ★ บรรยากาศดี เเต่ราคาแพงไปหน่อย ประมาน 9000-11000 (รวมค่าน้ำค่าไฟ) ที่จอดรถส่วนใหญ่จะร้อน เพราะ ถ้าจะจอดในตึกต้องเสียตังเพิ่ม เพื่อนเช่าที่จอดเป็นรายเดือน เเถวหอมีอาหารตามสั่งประมาน 6 ร้าน , ร้านชาบู, เเละบิ๊กซี ห้องของหอพักก็ โอเคร ราคานี้ก็ถือว่า สมเหตุผลอยู่ครับ
 Good atmosphere, but a little expensive. Estimated 9000-11000 (including water bill). Most parking spaces are hot because if you park in the building you have to pay more. Friends rent out the park on a monthly basis. The dormitory has about 6 à la carte restaurants, Shabu restaurants, and Big C rooms. The dormitory is OK. Reasonable

Unreasonable fees, they took an amount from my security deposit because of the toilet seat but it isn't broken it's just a little bit yellow and that's not my responsibility. And the amount that they took it's definitely too high.
Minus the fine for the part that we didn't do anything wrong. in spite of the deterioration of the condition and adjusted at an exaggerated price
